You have developed a new Customer…now what?

What process do you currently use to keep your Company name and the products and services you offer in front of that new customer every month?  If this new customer did some online research before making their purchase from you, they will likely keep seeing ads from online competitors for some time. How will you compete with that?  Let’s say you sold them a new Auto Insurance Policy.  The television networks are full of commercials promoting the multi-product BUNDLE as a great way to save.  Your Insurance Company will need to find a way to let this new customer know that they can save money by BUNDLING WITH YOU!!
